So I'm off all week and have a hankering for some hot wings. Wednesday is wing nite at both Earls and Don Cherry's. Anyone interested? I thought we could do a ride and then stop for a pound of wings on the patio if anyone is interested. We can decide where based on who is going to show up - I'm pretty open.
Drop me a line if you're free tomorrow (or anytime this week) for a spin and some eats.
Bubba. |

Wings = Goodness.
Shall we meet at the Butterdome parking lot again? Say, 6:30pm? That gives us 2 hours riding, 1 hour eating and 1 more hour travel home in the light. Gotta love our latitude. |

So I just spoke w. Karate Chick. Tomorrow (Wed). 6:30 at the Strathcona Science Park. It should be more central and less traffic for pretty much everyone. We can decide from there where we want to stop for a bite. If you havent been to the Science Park - take either Yellowhead or 101 Ave (or 82nd Ave) to 17th St. It's just south of the Yellowhead.
Hope to see everyone there! :D |

Oh yeah, it wasn't all talk either. We had Wings and Steak too. Part of the benefit of being in our Edmonton Crew. Biking and Gourmet.

Next event is supposed to be Sat at 5:00, I'm not totally sure of the details, but get in touch with either Karatechick or Bubba to get the info. I'll hopefully be catching up with everyone after work for some food or something like that.
Regards. |

:lol: Whoops, was that a dig at me to remember to post Saturday's ride? This weekend is supposed to hit 27 C and lots of sunshine!
Okaaaaay....
Saturday, June 24 at 5:00 p.m. at 9406 - 91 Street - business is called Therapeutically Balanced, take Connors Road and turn down 91 Street - look for the bikes. Any laggers (Sev!) can meet up with us after. Just remember to send me a pm or email per my sig line so we know who to wait for.
Bubba - bring your WIFE... :twisted: oh, right, never mind. Quote from Bubba "I can't - accidentally punctured a hole in the back of her head last nite..." and pffffffttttt...... |

OK - so we have a group of 6 people who come out on a regular basis and by the sounds of it - we're adding a new rider tomorrow! :welcome:
If there is anyone else in the Edmonton area who would like to join us - either for a group ride, or a pit stop - be sure to let any of us know on here or by email. Newbs, Vets and everything in between are all welcome. The only condition is that if you're a guy - you can't be prettier than Sev! :laughing: Women are more than welcome - 2 of the 6 riders are women and both are great company! :mrgreen: |

Wait BubbaG - you forgot about your "Lucinda"...! Remember her?
Sevulturus wrote: BubbaGump wrote: KarateChick wrote: Discovered BubbaG has a faux wife....
She's not faux - she's plastic! And her name is Lucinda! :laughing:
That's right, she's real... she's just inflatable. I'll get you a patch kit and she'll be good to go for you Bubba. |
