Here I am just outside Fort Mac and my riding partner is leaving for the summer. I have yet to do my road test and have no way of transporting my bike to town for the road test. If there's anyone on here from Fort Mac that would be able to help me out here I would be forever grateful! If you might be available to ride out here to "escort" me to twon for the test, e-mail me at tuckdh@yahoo.ca

Even if you're out towards Anzac some evening and wouldn't mind a partner. The CB400T Hawk will try to keep up, within reason. lol

Well I lived in that part of the world about a hunnert years ago. If I still did I'd be available to escort you ... BUT I DON'T.... I'm sure you'll work it out. Good luck on the test.

Ssshhh, don't tell anyone, but.....

you can probably ride down to Edmonton without another rider along. Never understood the logic of that.... what is the other rider going to do to help you when your both riding? Any deadly mistake you make will only be made in front of a witness, unless they expect the licenced rider to jump off his bike, take control of yours, and pull both your asses out of the fire. And then you still got a run-away bike to deal with.....

I rode in 200 miles to The 'Chuck to take my test alone. They never asked how I got there bike there.....

Good suggestion, a friend of mine went and bought a vstar 1100, left the store and either that day or the next went to the dmv byhimself and did the test no questions asked I assume.

It's simply so that someone can identify the body.

Probably not, I get the idea that the new rider might take out the experienced one on the way down... unless he's really good. So we have two bodies doubling the probability that we can identify one.
