Unchainedworld.com -recommendations request

I like to see the world as a place of almost undefinable diversity, but frequently find it to be a branded homogenised global corporate conformity...mctuckifriedburgersubhut...you could be anywhere once you step inside and the offerings are equally as average.

I don't mind bad, as long as there's a chance of excellence, average is just bland.

So, I'd like you to help me to help you.
I'm putting www.unchainedworld.com together to list special places and services that you recommend. The criterium...if there's more than one, it's a chain and wont count. So, Fred's Cafe-good, Freds Cafe and Freds other Cafe-bad. It doesn't need to be food, accommodation, mechanics, supplies, in fact anything that helps you and your m/cycle journey.

And, it doesn't need to be all aspects either, just a detail will do, eg..best fried egg, cleanest bathroom, coldest beer etc...

If you do this then the site will enable you to enter a route and see where along it you can find great places, unique places, places that are unchained. I hope to add gps and maps too, to help further.
