Petition: Veteran's plates for motorcycles (Ontario)

Any Veterans residing in Ontario (and all those who support them) are encouraged to sign a petition to allow current and former members of our military to have special plates for their motorcycles. Any Ideas on how to set up petition for antique and horseless carrage plates for bikes in Colorado (same story but we do have vets plates and did'nt before) Colo won't sell me vets plates for my bike unless I surrender the ones on my truck.

And Gummie good luck and hope you get vets plates up there. But would you put them on HD or URAL?
