In my mind, its pretty simple. The law should apply to everyone equally, case closed. Any religious groups that want exemption from said rules should ask themselves which is more important to them: their faith, or their ability to ride motorcycles? If wearing the turban is a bona fide expression of their faith, then its obviously more important to them than wearing a silly helmet; doesn't that also mean that their faith is more important than them to riding?
