KTM team ready to provide full service package for ISDE 2008

The countdown is on for the 2008 International Six Days Enduro (ISDE), this year being held in Serres, Northern Greece.

The event offers an unprecedented opportunity for Enduro enthusiasts to pit themselves and their machines against a whole range of challenging terrain from September 1-6.

Some 450 riders from more than 30 nations have registered for the ISDE and approximately 50% will compete on KTM machines, underlining the Austrian manufacturer's reputation as the world leader in the offroad sports motorcycles.

Top KTM Enduros leased to participants
KTM will again offer a full range of on-site customer services that includes everything from the lease of the latest Enduro model to full service packages and the comprehensive supply of spare parts. Even before the first riders leave for the Greek venue some 40 KTM customers have placed orders for full race service and 50 competitors will be onboard leased KTM machines - the brand new 2009 Six Days Edition.

Team work second to none
As usual, the comprehensive Race Service offers the entire range of KTM skills and expertise. The team includes professional mechanics ready to provide first class customer service from the time the bike is handed over right up to the last day. Customers can expect support that goes far beyond the technical to include mental training, coaching and a very personal relationship between KTM representatives and their customers. This relationship is designed to ensure that every participant onboard a KTM leaves after having a memorable race in a racing environment that is able to satisfy their every wish.

The team from KTM, the company that is always "Ready to Race", has years of experience and can offer an onsite service second to none. The ever increasing number of participants that have registered for the Race Service is proof of the highest level of its professionalism. The KTM truck is already loaded and on its way south to Greece. The team is fully prepared for the task at hand and is looking forward to supporting participants in Serres. All that remains is for KTM to wish all the riders in the 2008 ISDE loads of riding fun and an accident free six days riding.

ISDE: the tradition goes on
The ISDE is the oldest 'off road' motorcycle event on the FIM calendar and has been held every year since 1913 with the exception of interruptions during the two World Wars. The 2008 event in Serres, Greece, will be held from September 1-6 in an area that offers great natural beauty as well as the full range of surface and environmental challenges.
