August 27th, 2008 - AMA's Motorcycle Hall of Fame
Museum Press Release - Total Motorcycle - http://www.totalmotorcycle.com

The AMA's Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum Opens 5th Annual Leather and Ice
Online Auction for Preview

PICKERINGTON, OHIO - This holiday season the AMA's Motorcycle Hall of Fame
Museum is making it easy to choose a high-octane gift for friends and family
members. The Museum's 5th Annual Leather and Ice Online Auction, featuring
hundreds of rare and distinctive holiday treat ideas, opens for bidding
October 31 and runs through November 30, 2008. Early bird shoppers are
invited to preview a sample of available items today.

The auction ensures you'll find the ideal gift for a favorite motorhead and,
since bidding is done online, all shopping can be finished from the comfort
of home. Best of all, proceeds from the auction benefit the non-profit
Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum, the country's premier showcase of
motorcycling heritage and history. Visit www.motorcyclemuseum.cmarket.com to
view the auction items and start checking off your holiday to-do list now.

Autographed memorabilia is one of the highlights of the 2008 Leather and Ice
Online Auction. Andretti Green Racing has donated stat cards autographed by
the team's biggest stars - Michael Andretti, Marco Andretti, Tony Kanaan and
Danica Patrick. Fans of the NFL will be vying for a license plate
autographed by Barrett Brooks, tackle for the Super Bowl-winning Pittsburgh
Steelers. Two-wheel enthusiasts will also covet posters autographed by
motorcycling legends such as Arlen Ness, Malcolm Smith and Jeff Ward.

Shoppers will also discover original artwork. Tom Fritz, a four-time winner
of the Automotive Fine Arts Society's prestigious Peter Helck Award, has
donated a giclee print entitled "Knowin' What's What" to the auction. The
work features legendary racer Gene Romero astride a 750cc Trackmaster/ Axtel
/ Romero Triumph motorcycle and was the official image of the 2008 AMA
Vintage Motorcycle Days event.

In addition to art and memorabilia, the auction offers the opportunity to
bid on gear, such as motorcycle boots and leather jackets, and collectibles,
including a classic poster of Brigitte Bardot on a Harley-Davidson. For
folks who not only appreciate motorcycle culture but are fans of all the
arts, buyers will also find plenty of gifts, including a membership to the
Columbus Museum of Art. Hundreds of donors have generously provided the
auction with distinctive items, meaning there is something for everyone on
your holiday list. Log on to www.motorcyclemuseum.cmarket.com to browse the
auction.

About the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum

The goal of the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum is to tell the stories and
preserve the history of motorcycling. Located on the campus of the American

shaped motorcycling. The Museum is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and is
closed on New Year's, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Adult admission is
$10 per person; students 12-17, $3. AMA members $5. Seniors receive a $2
