Avoid the major cities (Unless you like that sort of thing) and go through Yosemite National Park. Maybe ride over a few passes, probably the best advice I can give you is plan your route using this website: www.pashnit.com
An excellent resource on California motorcycle roads.
By the way, if you do get near Yosemite, look me up. I'll show you some of the good roads around here. |

| The Pashnit website is great! If your looking for some great roads in California and you want to avoid the freeways. When are you going to be in California? I'm in the Sacramento area if you'll be coming through, let me know. |

Sounds good, Chels. I'll be looking forward to meeting you. Now to plan the best roads to show you....
Keysman, maybe we could all hook up for a TMW ride, show our California hospitality to our Canadian friend. Any other Californians want to join in? |

Ah, good luck on the weather then. I didn't realize you were leaving so soon. Depending on when you're coming through here, I may not be able to join you after all. I have my third child due on May 4th, a week from this coming Wednesday. You can still pm me just in case when you're in the area, and I'll hopefully at least be able to meet you for a short lunch or something..?
Have fun, by the way! |

Ya certainly are . When you come down the hill sometime let me know , we can meet for coffee. My spousette who also rides her own scoot has finally got me turned on to Starbucks.........
I've got to return a skid lid to Wilson's this morning and then do a little project on my scoot , nothing major , after that I will get around to posting my intro and maybe even taking a few pics of the scoot . After editing them I will definitely be posting them .
Kind regards, Wizzard  |
