Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I love the bike. Great gas mileage, quick, and more than enough power for my daily commute. Although, truth be told, it's a long-term loan from a friend (2 yrs so far), and if it's some sort of collector bike, I'd rather return it and retain its value.

So another rider pulled up next to me the other day and asked what year my bike was. I answered, but as he was replying, the light turned green and I couldn't hear what he was saying as he pulled away, it was something like: "I wouldn't be riding an '86...[vroom vroom]" and as he road off ...

Thanks for all the input. I had a nice chat with a salesman yesterday, and he was the best one I've talked to so far (wasn't trying to push me into a bigger bike right off the bat...he listened to what I was looking for, and we just sat and talked for awhile).
