Buell 07 Lighntning XB12Scg Ride

#1 Unread post by taximoto »

I got to test ride a Buell 07 blk scg today.
My 1st impresion was WOW! It looks hot w/blk wheels.
@ idle it was like i was sitting on a washing machine. Once going it was bit smoother. I was surprised how it had that let's get up & go feeling.
Just hop on & go. the throttle was very responsive. I got to take it on the freeway for about a good 16mi. round trip on the 91, that's when the bike seemed like a whole diff. bike so smooth, the vib was completly gone It was a comfortable ride I didn't feel as if i had to hold on @ 60-80mph.
It felt like a Muscle Bike.
Well after the ride I got excited! The best deal I got was, 9995 sticker 12035otd.
When I got home I just felt I did not want my sporty NOMORE. I know it's a bit of criuser but the Buell felt more of a cruiser than the sporty.

i know what you mean bro! I had a Sportster 1200 that was highly modded, and custom. Went from that to a Firebolt xb12r. I love my buell baby!

My Mates Buell Ulysses is modified & goes like Hell.

It's so much fun to ride & with the Jardine Muffler, it has the most pleasing rumble of most V-Twin's I have heard.

I'd like to buy the new Buell SuperTTXB12STT!
