I understand that my dealer can take care of any situation relating to my Honda, but what if I am not happy with the service provided?

Your Dealer has skilled personnel who will be happy to assist you with any concern you may have. Discuss any unresolved issues with a member of the Dealership management. Often these issues can be quickly resolved at this level. If your concern has already been reviewed with the Service Manager, then contact the General Manager or the owner of the Dealership. We are confident of our Dealers' ability to provide you with the highest level of service. If you wish to comment on your experiences with your Dealer or your Honda (for USA residents and USA-certified products only), please send your comments to:

American Honda Motor Co., Inc.,
Motorcycle Division,
P.O. Box 2200, MS 100-4C-7B,
Torrance, CA 90509-2200.

You may also call (866) 784-1870.

If you're in Canada;
Honda Canada Inc.,

Scarborough, Ontario

Just to let you know that, I have a buddy that works for Honda and he said that Honda has never had any vehicle, (car, motorcycle, etc.) come back as a lemon. Honda takes great pride in this fact so I bet if you call Honda and start complaining and threatening to sue them because they sold you a lemon and you've had nothing but problems with it, they'd make it right somehow.

I bought a Toyota Tundra a couple of years ago and the brakes were never right on it. I took it back to the dealership many times to have it fixed. Finally they said there was nothing more they could do to fix it. So I called up Toyota and complained told them the situation. After a couple of phone calls and me telling them I was going to sue them they bought the truck back from me and gave me a new one free of charge.

Good luck!

Slacker, have you checked out your state's lemon law? Most state's have 'em, and they can give you some leverage with the dealer.
