I was down at the Harley dealership the other day gawking at the Buells. The salesman pointed out that one of them, I forget the model number, has a 1 3/4" longer swing arm that is supposed to help with the head shake problem.

I ride a 2003 919 and some dirt bikes and just bought a 2001 Blast just for grins. Put some dirt bike handlebars on it and cut off about 2 pounds of unsightly plastic
Problem is, I have taken it out for a 40 mile ride every night (at 10pm) since I got it and gone on as curvey a ride as I can think of, and I can't stop. Close your eyes and it is 1974 Thumper heaven again. Serious head shake above 80mph can be exciting in it's own way. I can live with that since most of the ride is at about 60 mph where it really handles well. I always thought 'Blast' was a goofy name but NOW I get it.

you have a 919 and got a blast for riding twisty roads? The 919 should be plenty of fun in its own right on a twisty road.
