Administrators, please tell me how to add a video from youtube to a post?

First, welcome to TMW! We're glad to have you.

To embed a YouTube video in your post, simply click the "youtube" button in the control panel at the top of the "Post a Reply" dialog box. It will generate the embedding tags, and then all you have to do is cut-and-paste the video URL between those tags.

You can do it manually as well by placing the tags yourself. Just type [*youtube*] (omit the * when you do it for real) before the video URL, and [*/youtube*] after the URL.

Please make sure to only embed videos that are on topic, whatever that topic may be. Also, videos with blatant promotional or advertising themes will likely be removed.
