CBR 1000RR or K5 Gixxer 1000??? Dilemas!!

#1 Unread post by kennet »

Hi there,

I was just wondering which one people prefer. Keeping in mind i enjoy the twisties rather than straight line performance. I'm upgrading from a vfr400 and wanted to know if anyone has ridden either one or both of these bikes and which one they think handles better.

I'm in a confused state at the moment.

Ken

They both handle better than anyone with a license plate tacked to the back will ever need. It comes down to $$$ and paint schemes.

It's like dating twin sisters dude they're pretty much the same... Except 90% of the population is also dating those two sisters

I vote you get a real bike, like the aprilia rsv Mille r

But the twin sisters are soooo damn hot!!!! I'm happy to jump in line!!
I considered getting the RSV but i prefer the looks of the twins.

Thanks guys for the feedback anyways i just needed to know that they are roughly in the same ball park. I've ridden Honda's and know that they are reliable and stuff so i'll probably stick to them.

The honda's slightly more predictable and easier-tracking than the Gixxer, so if it were my choice I'd go with the Honda as well. (Actually I'd go w/ the R1, but that's another story) :)
