Vinegar

#1 Unread post by Scott58 »

Kind of strange for a product review, but this stuff is great for polishing chrome, windshields, mirrors, helmets and who knows what else. You need 2 clean cotton rags. One with a 50/50 water and vinegar solution and one dry. Wipe pretty good to get the bugs off with the vinegar rag then polish with the clean dry one. Makes everything look almost brand new. My helmet looks like it came out of a bowling ball polisher. Best part is it's only like a buck and a half a gallon and is non-toxic.

and will smell like salad to boot
Seriously though, Vinegar is an amazing cleaner, even for removing (neutralizing) spots/smells from carpets.

Mixed 50/50 with liquid bleach, it also makes an excellent weed killer.

I didn't know Vinegar had so many uses. Vinegar and bleach isn't that deadly household combination is it? It's bleach and something... isn't it?
