Late last month I purchased a Slipstreamer wnidshield from GM-cycles for my HD Dyna-Glide on Ebay. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it and had to wait about a week to install it. Got my Dyna and discovered the fork brackets were too small. Sent off a email to them, the next day they replied. They contacted Slipstreamer, turns out they didn't upgrade their brackets when Harley made their forks larger. GM sent me a free set of oversized brackets free of charge, got them 3 days later.
After hearing so many horror stories about e-merchants not wanting to help out their customers, figured I tell you all this so you know there are folks out there who want happy customers!
