Hello,

This is my first post in this forum, forum looks great.

I have a problem on the clutch. It's getting the gas very late, I am squeezing the clutch and I release very slow but bike moves almost at the end of the squezzing. I mean bikes start moving at %10 percent of squeeze.

it sometimes cause a stopping at the uphill. is there a way to adjust that or should I take it to the mechanic for adjustment.

thanks

Thats the way VStars are. You will get used to it after awhile. You might want to try this forum: http://650ccnd.com/

Mine was like that too. After I had it serviced, it was really touchy. I had a look when I got it home and noticed that the clutch cable lug (on the end of the cable) was not seated correctly (on the motor end).

After seating it correctly and adjusting the cable tension, it was fine.

Thanks guys,,

One more question, Do you guys think the drilling exhaust is a good idea? people said that it's make it more noisy but isn't it effect on performance?

It won't effect performance unless you open up the air intake as well. You're better off debaffling rather than just drilling holes.
