ECM The Buell Uly has much the same problems I am not sure where your ecm is mounted the Uly well 08 and up is mounted under the seat and it presses down on the ecm and cracks it as the bike heats up the ecm expands and opens up and blatto she dies. Cools down and away ya go.

I had this problem, it was some what intermittent but it boiled down to replacing ignition parts. I replaced the coil, engine temp sensor, crank sensor, cleaned gas cap, and final the cam sensor. It turned out to be the cam sensor. Fortunately I had these spare parts on hand so the cost for me was minimal. But I have not had the problem since.

I think the circuit breaker may be the problem on my 2000 FatBoy as well... now, where to find it? I have looked at several wiring diagrams, but they show 'portions' of the complete wiring picture... can't tell if I need to pull off the oil tank, or if it is behind/under the fuse box, etc.???
Any help would be appreciated!!
