Re: suzuki bandit smoking
Hello Ian and welcome to the forum. I wouldn't worry about it smoking a little after you start it, but if it's still smoking after say an hour ride, then you can be worried. We want to see a picture of your bike.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

While bike is cold in cold temperature? Condensation. Normal.
When started hot in warm temps? maybe a little oil. If it clears up and doesn't use any crankcase oil and spark plug doesn't foul - no problem.
Been riding 35 years and haven't seen this before?

Re: suzuki bandit smoking
If it's after 30 seconds I'd say it's burning a little oil. Does it continue past that? If so, sounds like something is worn in your engine (probably valve guide seals). If not, you're fine, just keep on riding.
