Ninja 650 cold start sluggish idle

Facing this issue with my ninja 650 in the winters only on cold start.
The idle builds up slowly to fast idle mark. Earlier it used jump straight to fast idle and return to normal after that. But now it rises slowly.
Apart from that I can't find any other abnormal behaviour. Idle is normal, not rough. I was told to get the battery replaced, but even that didn' t help.
Help me in troubleshooting it guys. Service centre guys here seems useless. A video of the cold start below.
