Re: The Riding Game!
Thanks for the suggestion blues2cruise, I took your advice.
Next tag your bike in front of an old historic jail house. (preferably 50-years old or more)

Hey, Big.Tater.....that is great that you got the chicken coop.
I'm not sure if we have an old jail house around here anymore.....I'll have to reasearch it.

Re: The Riding Game!
Here is a couple of more pics of my tank bag. I put them here because I wasn't allowed to email them (no option). Anyway it's a Joe Rocket bag. I am an outreach worker and needed a bag to keep my lunch in and I carry a big daytimer as well as two phones. The bag has a rain hood in it to cover the bag and it has a clear window for your phone. And a spot at the front for your wire for devices to go through, also has a strap for carrying. The bag requires no strap it has magnet flaps as well two underneath the bag. I will put a cloth under it because I don't want to scratch the old girl. It's pretty deep, I can put a 6 pack of cans in it and close it if that gives you any idea of the size. I pais around $60 canadian for it. Very happy with it's intended use for me but I would get something bigger if I was going on a long cruise.Big.Tater wrote:Thanks blues2cruise. I'm hopefully flying by the coop tomorrow.
Hope this helps,

Awesome! Thanks Trevor, that's the information I needed. Sorry to the rest of the group on the thread jack, just wanted some info on his bag after seeing it in a previous post.

Wow Trevor, that is even more spectacular than I was expecting! What a beautiful jail house! Great find sir!
Now to find a statue of a local or country hero worthy enough to get a picture with my bike.

Re: The Riding Game!
Very nice pic!! Wish I could participate...there is a memorial to the "Fallen Four" in Mayerthorpe, AB that I would ride to...but not until March or April...
Too bad, it would have been a nice pic...I will probably make the ride anyway, but obviously not as part of the challenge...
Later.

Re: The Riding Game!
Trevor....I have that same bag. I bought it because it was the only bag I could find that would fit on my V-Star tank. Now I use on my Vulcan...it's a great bag.
