What kind of mileage do you all put on your bikes in a year?

I vary between several thousand kilometres, to 16,000 in one trip... Needless to say I ride a whole lot. Just last summer, I rode 380km to camp with my family in Osoyoos BC. Then another 730km to Calgary Alberta to visit with my daughters and grandsons. Then from Calgary back to Osoyoos via Radium Hotsprings 850kms, then back home for another 380kms. Not including side trips etc., about 2340kms in a vacation lasting about 16 days... Not all that much, only issue for that trip was the east bound portion from Osoyoos, took me over 11 hours in torrential downpour the whole way... Did I mention I pull a trailer with the bike???

407,211 miles in 30.1 years for 13,528 miles/year average. Started 7/21/84, updated 8/26/14

After four 80's Hondas that I put 230k miles on I rode a new 97 GS500E that I bought in 99 over 22k miles it's first year. Have tapered off since to a few hundred last year but still put a total of over 180k miles on 2 GS500s since 99, maybe that's it for me. See how I feel next spring. lol

About 3300 miles per year. One of the side-effects of running a motorcycle site is the lack of time to actually ride as much as you like... but I love every mile of it when I do. :revv:
