I would of swapped out the Connie 14 for the Connie 11, a much more nimble and responsive bike IMHO, the 14 is a bit bloated, more of a baby Wing than a tried and true Sport-Touring bike.
Always ask why.

I had a '93 ST1100 ABS that I bought new, and was my main bike for nearly a decade. It was a truly great machine.

It's a weird mix. Like they said, it's heavily biased towards touring or "real world" bikes. But given that, I would expect more standards there (if they're going to include bikes like the FZ1 or Triumph Tiger 1050 or Bonneville anyway). I'd also include the Ducati Monster, the Triumph Speed Triple, and the Suzuki SV650 as influential "real world" bikes.
