Do you get more revenue when we click on the ads? I always close them, but I can click if it helps...at least until I can afford to support the site in an actual way :)

Speaking of, I've seen the site support on people's avatars, but I've never seen where you actually sign up. Not that I can right now, but maybe with the new job...

Edit: Slightly annoying question. I'm a landscape and architectural (fine art) photographer and web developer on the side. I'm sort of downplaying the web development at the moment, because I'm looking to start selling prints of my work online. Anyway, the point is the same. I would consider at some point paying for clean, non-obtrusive banner ads to my gallery if you'd be up for that. Thanks!

To answer your question: Clicking on the "high quality" ads will definately help. The low quality ones are likely CPM and they only pay for exposure, not clicks. Clicking on the IntelliTXT ads outside of the forum: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/welcome.htm (or in the forum archives: http://totalmotorcycle.com/BBS/archive ) if your interested in an ad pays well as they are good quality ads. :D

I really appreciate anyone who wants to help out the site even more by becoming a Site Supporter: walloffame.htm I don't make a big deal of it because I don't want to "push it" on others or make people feel awkward that they should consider it. But for as little as $5 or $100 you can help out the site in a BIG way. :D

As for advertising. Heck ya I can do something for you. :D These are my rack rates: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/advertisewithus.htm let me know what you think. :D

So I hate complaining about any of the ads because I realize they bring in revenue, but this one blasts music advertising for this site:

http://myradio.batanga.com

It has scared the crap out of me a couple of times because I wasn't expecting spanish radio to come out my speakers which were turned up a little loud from a previous game. Heh.

Sounds like a great request to kill an ad! Do you still get it? What size of ad was it? If you get it again, can get right click on it and let me know the properties of it (URL) so I can hunt it down and kill it for you. :D

Thanks for understanding the reasons why I have to have the ads up. I've killed A LOT of popups (90% less now)... do you notice less now?

That's AWESOME, I thought you would all appreciate that. I still aim to remove the other 9% one day in the future. :D But 89% less is... well... a lot less. :D

Your all most welcome! Thanks so much for making Total Motorcycle a great place to be a part of. It's an awesome community of very friendly members.
