Well, last Saturday I took my bike in to have the fork seals replaced. Also, there is a recall on my bike. Something to do with the fuel switch. All of that is being fixed now. I hate that it is in the shop but at least it is getting fixed. I will also be adding a sissy bar to it when it gets out. Should be nice!

I got to ride a Victory Vision, Victory Kingpin 8-Ball and a Victory Vegas Low. Man, all these bikes were really nice.
:crybaby: :crybaby: :crybaby:

And to think I was there . . . (sniffle . . . ) I'd like to try out a Victory Vision. I've heard they are really well-balanced.

How does one go about finding demo rides, anyway?

Looks like you are racking up the miles there! Is the 750 a 4-speed, and does it seem to matter at all?

I found the demo rides on Victory's website. As for the 750, it is a 5 speed. IT is pretty good. Sometimes on the Interstate it seems like a 6th would be nice cause the engine is revving so high.

Well, I got to ride a couple Harley's today. Rode a 2007 Roadking, 2009 Roadking, 2009 Heritage Softtail, and my personal favorite 2009 Electra Glide Classic. The difference between the two RoadKings was amazing. Harley did really well with their new frame for 2009. So that frame, the stereo, cruise control and the full fairing was AWESOME! It was a wonderful ride. I was really pleased with it. I will wait long enough to get one so I can save enough to get the 2009 for sure.

Also, I get my bike back tomorrow from the dealer. I cannot wait!!!

Got my bike back today and was ready to install the new sissy bar I ordered. Only had one problem. The dealership ordered a sissy bar for a Sabre. Ugh, so they ordered a new one fore me and it should be in middle of this week. Just as long as I have it for this weekend. My wife and I are going to ride in a charity ride for a charity that helps clothe low income families. The scheduled ride is 135 miles and it will take us 35 miles to get to the starting place and around 40 to get home from the ending place. Should be a lot of fun. Oh, with the dealership messing up my sissy bar order I got a $20 discount. Not much but with gas prices going up again that is a couple tanks of gas.

See you on the Adventure!

Didn't get to ride much more than around 16 miles today. I had a wedding to go to and some other things that really killed my time. I would like to ride tomorrow but it is a 60% chance of thunderstorms here. We will see.

Installed a Back rest for my wife last night. She really likes it. I need to post some pictures of it. We plan to do some riding Friday with it. Should be fun.

I thought I would give a quick update. Woke up yesterday and got the lawn mowed and then washed and waxed the bike. I then took the wife out for a nice ride. We put over 100 miles on the bike yesterday. It was a neat ride. I will do a better write up on it later and post some pics. We are getting ready to head out now for a charity ride. I will also do a write up of that ride.

See you on the Adventure!
