Motorcyclist Memorial...Hopedale Ohio

#1 Unread post by xsyamahadg »

A friend of mine and myself took a ride to the Motorcyclist Memorial in Hopedale Ohio, if you have never been there, you owe it to yourself to stop and visit. It's a memorial for bikers who have passed before us. I took a few photos, the cruiser is my ride:

This Gazebo marks the entrance to the memorial:

This is the brick path that leads to the memorial, you can buy a brick for $50.00 which helps with the expenses. You can have a name added to the wall for $150.00. The memorial is non-profit.

This black marble was inported from India, the etching was done by the lady rider you see on the etching, the front rider was her husband who was killed on a bike:

This is pretty much self explanatory:

This motorcycle carved in stone has excellent detail:

A couple of the many riders who visit every day...this couple was from South Carolina:

If you get near Southeast Ohio, make it a point to pay a visit. The memorial grounds are clean as a pin.
