NOTES: Congratulations Royal Enfield for bringing us not only a bike that shot to #2 on the 2014 Cool Wall but also one that's MSRP of $5,990 would even make Chinese bikes blush! Royal Enfield is really stepping up it's global game in trying to be "a major leader in the 500-750cc range" and hopefully hte Continental GT is just the tip of the iceberg. If the outstanding vote results are 1/2 as good as the sales, Royal Enfield sure has a winner on it's hands... Can't wait to try one out myself.

Next 2014 TMW Cool Wall bike is now up for voting on, have fun!!

Unless we have a horrible flaw in this motorcycle I can't see this bike not being awesome.

Not sure how I missed this one, but I will give it an awesome simply because it a true retro. Apart from some engine and braking upgrades, the RE really haven't changed much over the years.

As for a possible horrible flaw in the bike, while quality has improved over the years at RE, they still have a ways to go before they can even come close to major Japanese, European and US builders. Nice bikes, but you best be good at roadside wrenching if you get one, or at least that is what I have been told.
Always ask why.
