What is awesome to one is ugly to another. I love the look and having had an 1982 SP 1000 Guzzi that was an awesome bike 15 years after it was built has me voting awesome for this one.

If that bike can do only half of what that 80's bike did, it will be very good. I did thousands on that Guzzi both on tar and dirt road and it never let me down.
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R

Is this marketed as an adventure tourer? I just don't see it.

The price is nice. The design is almost there and moto guzzi's are always fun to ride. It got a cool from me.

Does anyone else see that front fairing as a miniature Harley Batwing?

I voted: Cool

Ah, such a busy week, I almost forgot to vote on this one, but better late than never. :D

I really like the idea of adventure tourers, comfortable, tall, go anywhere and do anything (within reason) and have a gas tank that will last and luggage options that are great. There really hasn't been an "awesome" looking dual sport IMO, but they are definately more practicle and functionally designed.

The price is pretty amazing all things considering, only a few thousand more than a Suzuki V-Strom (which we know is a good value leader) and it's a Moto-Guzzi? Great stuff.

A little heavy IMO for off-roading, but then again I am not sure I would do much serious off-roading in a full sized adventure bike anyways...

Although it's a great all-rounder to tour Texas and the rest of 'Merka.
