UMG Says: 36 inch seat height may put off shorties. Engine's tough, no problems for first 30k, the top end initial area of concern. Neglect of oil changes shows up in shot gearchange. '95 model had electric start - useful as hot starting poor.

IGM Says (DR350S, DR350SE, DR650S, DR650SE): Bascially, these are the same as the current versions of Suzuki's dual sports, at lower prices.

IGM Says (Best buy, Best first bike): The smaller DR is an easier bike to ride off-road, but for that, you'll give up a bit of on-road capability but save money over the DR650SE.
