Jordan Ashburn has Another Podium Finish in the Kenda Full Gas Sprint Series

Conditions in the 6th Round of the Kenda Full Gas Sprint Enduro Series were pretty rough. Saturdays scattered rain showers made for a slick course that riders had difficulties catching traction on. Sunday the weather was a little better for the riders, but still had some saturated sections. However, the conditions made for great competition between the racers with completion times only seconds apart.

Jordan Ashburn took 3rd place last weekend aboard his 430RR at the Kenda Full Gas Sprint Enduro race in Fairmount City, PA. Jordan was only 15 seconds behind first place rider Broc Helper, and 9 seconds behind second place rider Stewart Baylor.

With his 3rd place finish, Jordan moved back into 2nd place in the overall standings for the series. There is only a four point difference in the overall standings, between Ashburn and Baylor, so the next three races will be exciting to watch.

Jordan commented on last weekend:

“I seemed to struggle to find my groove Saturday as the track was super slick and muddy. I managed to stay off of the ground and I ended up 4th. Sunday was a new day I went in the day charging hard and was able to come in 3rd for the day and 3rd for the weekend.”
