The most popular dual purpose single in the 250+cc category, the F 650 GS has become the standard upon which single-cylinder dual purpose motorcycles are judged. Aggressively engineered for unrelenting performance in harsh environments, the F 650 GS was designed to take riders off-road and on to new frontiers. The 2005 model features a list of significant improvements including the new 2 SPARK ignition system, a 3-position clutch lever, newly designed windscreen, accessory power socket, and improved on-board electronics.

Optional features include switchable ABS, heated hand grips, hand protection, tall windshield, and large engine protection guard.

FEATURES:

Redesigned for improved wind and weather protection, the new windshield reduces helmet noise, even for tall riders. The windshield can be removed for adventure riding. The new headlight provides more uniform illumination while stylistically contributing to the bike's assertive appearance.

The adjustable clutch lever makes for more comfortable riding regardless of your hand size.

The improved efficiency of the new 2 SPARK ignition system, modified exhaust system, and improved catalytic converter make the F 650 GS compliant with exhaust standards around the world. Good thing too, who knows where you'll wind up.

Once you get into this saddle, the only time you’sll want to get off is to refill the tank. Completely redesigned, the luggage rack system now makes attaching the top case easier (no intermediate plate needed) and tensioning straps can now be attached via attach points in the rack itself. Single seat also available.

These expandable cases are as uniquely designed as the motorcycles themselves. Special locking mechanism doubles as a carrying handle. Special flip-up latch gives quick access to your gear. Available as an ACCESSORY.

Rugged and functional, the Soft Case System fits both the GS and Dakar models. Offering 62 liters of storage, the topcase is water resistant with built-in pack straps and attachment loops. Available as an ACCESSORY.

Adds additional storage or carrying capacity. Comes with a waterproof rain cover, a clear map holder window and a rear zipper-lock pouch. All necessary hardware and parts for installation are included. Item available as an ACCESSORY.
