Ok, I finally passed the big seven fifty. That's 750 miles since July and 550 miles since my crash. I went to San Francisco Sunday afternoon and came back that evening. It was cold but I made the trip back in one piece. I'm still a little skittish, especially on the down hill sections but I've got t...

Pretty snazzy, though it opens you up to so many pranks.

ok, I've put 200 miles behind me since the accident and I'm still a little wary of the road, but I'm learning. I'm getting my confidence back as I deal with the little mishaps thrown my way. Since the crash I've rode in fog as thick as miso soup, but only for a few miles. I've ridden in the rain and...

Bikes, Blogs, and Podcasting

I got my bike back last month and after going through an oil slick that couldn't be avoided I braked in stop and go traffic and laid it down for what I hope to be the last time. I was fine and so was the bike so I'll chalk it up as luck that I wasn't seriously hurt and forever remember a little equa...

Woke up, made some garlic pasta. Rummaged around and got my work gear together. Left a note for the UPS guy and went off to work(seems he got there ten minutes after I left). Bought two packs of double stuff oreos, a beard trimmer, and some twix from K-mart. Got money from ATM to pay for new helmet....

Med Kit

Hey everybody in general and Geoff in particular. I wanted to know what types of things I should have in a motorcycle first aid kit. I figured since I'm finally getting a tank bag I should get a kit to keep inside of it just in case. I was hoping to be able to fit all of the stuff into a handgun cas...

Yeah, there are little lines in there to take jabs at anyone who thinks I'm serious. Like how I'm seeking a girl with "a sense of humor and common-sense to match it." Strangely enough I haven't gotten any responses... Hilarious. Although I don't think you'll be catching many women with all of the zo...
