I just called. They're gonna send me the form. I also convinced my dad to take it with me , now he just has to convince my mom The lady said I'd be looking at like mid march to mid april. Costing me $350, but it'll be well worth it in my opinion

Okay, I just called like two hours ago, but noone answered. I guess it's a nine to five thing, I'll try again tomorrow afternoon.
Another question though: Do I sign up over the phone? Or do I have to go down to the site to sign up? Or does it vary from place to place?

How long of a wait is there usually? I'd like to take it as soon as possible, and am just curious how long I should expext to wait. I live in New York (long island) if that's any help.

You said you still get an allowance. While it is nice to receive an allowance from your parents, it does make you a dependent. You will probably never convince your Mom about a bike until you show that you can earn your own money and be responsible.
