Welcome
About 9 months ago I moved from Rio Rancho, New Mexico where I lived for almost 16 years. Now I'm back home in Utah. I sure do miss Green Chile!

Welcome Fellow Utah Rider
Hi schweiz9394, It's nice to see other Utah riders on the forums. My situation is similar to yours. It's been years since I've ridden and just got the bike bug a couple of months ago. I'm in the process of looking for a mid size cruiser as my return to riding choice. I too am having to work on the w...

I have gone to the dealers and sat on many bikes. Not knowing until this post the difference between, forward, standard and mid controls, I haven't exactly pinpointed which have forward controls and which have mid controls. They all feel good as I sit on them. My latest consideration is the Suzuki M...

Pardon the Newbie Question
Since I've started looking for a new bike this past couple of weeks, I've come across a couple of terms that I don't fully understand. What are "Forward Controls" and "Mid Controls"? What's the advantages of one over the other? If someone could even post a picture or two to show ...

Discount Off Of List Price
As I'm out looking for a new bike I've been seeing a lot of "specials" at the local dealers where they are offering discounts of $400-$500 off of suggested list price. Are motorcycle prices as negotiable as car prices? Im curious, for those who have bought new bikes "How much did you ...

Mid Life Crisis
I'm going to keep my eye on this poll. I'm betting that the winner of this one will be the 46-50 or the bracket just lower than that. Coming back to riding after a time aways seems to be a popular mid-life crisis choice.

Free
If I had my choice they would be free
But of course they are not but most of the mid size cruisers that I've been looking at are in the $6000-8000 range which seems to be a fair price.
