In my opinion, I think if they're going to enforce helmets, they should enforce leathers, too. Without one, the other is almost useless. But then, like it's been said, that opens the door for over-regulation. But honestly, with all the morons out there that need the laws to keep them from splatterin...

:welcome3: Do you have anything in mind yet for a bike? Well, I've been eyeing the usual 250 beginner bikes. The Virago 250, the Rebel and the Ninja 250, mostly.
