I'm sure there is a logical explaination (gas cap question)
and I'm just too dang ignorant to figure it out. Anyway I have a 2007 S40 and there is almost always a small trail of dark brown fuel from my gas cap on my tank after it has sat for awhile. It's probably only about 5 to 6 inches long and is like a rain drop trail. (hope that makes sense) I understan...

Great Pic! That's adorable! The original plan was for me to keep the S50 and just buy a bagger in a couple years so that she'd have something to ride. But, she's not that interested in it either. She hasn't been on the S50 yet as a passenger. Planning on having her ride along on a couple short runs...

Thefamily and I went down to Kansas City from Omaha a couple weeks ago and I can't count the number of riders I seen wearing nothing in the way of gear besides the beanie. We were on Interstate 29 which is 70 MPH now in Iowa and I couldn't believe what I saw. The worst one was a guy and girl, each o...

I'm 6.0 and 225lbs. I've only owned my S40 for a little over a month but I really like it. For me I don't think it's that small. It is easy to get on and off, easy to handle, and I don't feel cramped on it. I've gone on a few longer rides with friends and size wise no problems. But I will have to ec...

Thanks Shorts and Flipper. The weird thing is, I can't figure out what he was doing. I've been thinking about it all morning and don't have a clue. I thought maybe he wanted to get to the next east/west bound road north then continue on, but decided not to take 66th (road I was coming from) but he p...

Lessons learned
I learned three valuable lessons in the last 24 hours. First one, not really a big deal, is what my S40 does when it's running out of gas, thank goodness for the reserve. Second, a strong gust of wind from the side, while going 55 is a little nerve racking but nothing that I couldn't handle, and as ...

I'm calling bs on that one. You obviously haven't heard of a sidecar. Let me run that one by the warden and see what she says. If you don't hear from me in about 30 minutes then she didn't take kindly to the suggestion and I'm probably not in the best of health anymore, but don't worry I won...

Don't you give your self vacation? Or better yet call in sick. :D I understand what your saying, I started riding a little less then a month ago and it seems like there are far to many reasons why I can't ride. Mine also enclude the best excuses, my kids. There are plenty of times where i need to dr...
