Just wanted to throw this out there. I'm not familiar with the Shiver's suspension setup, but you can probably get some different links to lower the bike at least a couple inches to make it easier for both you and passenger to ride. I think that the only person responsible for that man's death is himself. The dealership and salespeople are there to sell you a product and make money.
