I crashed my bike, no one hit me and i didn't hit anyone.

I was more asking if anyone in NY has been in a cycle accident and had there insurer cover there medical and such. When I called State Farm to file, they instantly said NYS has this no fault law and we are sending out out a packet stating ...

I mean just cuz NYS has teh no fault law, and it clearly shows I am paying for PIP do I have a right to do something about this?

I was in an accident on Dec 29th.

MY insurance is through State Farm. In my policy I am clearly paying for PIP but yet they are still saying i am not covered-No Fault Law in NYS.

again my policy clearly shows I am paying for PIP.


has anyone had any exp with going through insurance in NYS and ...

i was pulled over on the parkway once.. I was doing 80 on a 55 they only clocked me @ 75 (so lucky).. parkway was empty of no cars so i was just cruising to get to place. cop radioed in to the state park and they got me..

All in all got away with a warning..

just what i wanna do is tow my car around town with my bike..

For the time it looks like to build that thing, you could have just called a tow truck (if broken down that is)..

I also understand what you are talking about.. But i do LOVE riding.. Its the best thing I have ever done. Its great to just jump on and clear the mind..

and as verm said .. I also don't have anyone depending on me.. i just don't want it to be my fault if something where to happen. some will say ...

Stunts are so fun to watch and cool.. But im not cool enough and i guess i havn't found the right set of balls on ebay yet to go and attempt my self..

Chances of me pullin a wheelie are SLIM to NONE..
