Damn. Somehow I knew it couldn't be that easy! You wouldn't know how to go about getting one of those, would you John? Or if it's even possible?

I like those 125s too and with the success of the '08 Ninja 250R am hoping that Honda will send a few to the US market soon to test the waters on small displacement bikes. It would be nice if Yamaha did the same with their 125cc. If not, you could always contact a few dealers across the border in ...

I seem to remember my instructors wife had hard bags on her seca II. Maybe a search through bike bandit or something similar would turn something up.

A large tank bag can store a pretty good amount of stuff too.

Thanks, I'm looking into soft shell ones, (not into the hard shell version) but they ...

I had a lot of friends who weren't crazy about me getting a bike. They used to go on and on about how I was going to kill myself. Recently, I had the misfortune of sliding on gravel on a curve and dumping my bike. I was looking "through the turn" and didn't notice the sand and gravel that had washed ...

I have my Green Light Trigger zip-tied to my kickstand. If it doesn't initially trip the light, I shift into neutral and put down the kickstand momentarily over the sensor. The closer proximity to the sensor of the trigger and kickstand metal usually does the trick and will trip stubborn lights.

Re: Name this Bike....

ridersofvision.net

I sorta find it funny that there is a forum for Visions.....

That's the great thing about the internet, no matter what you hobby is, there are a group of people that are just as passionate about it as you are. :D

Instead of finding it funny, it makes me kinda ...

Looks more like an early 1980s Yamaha Seca 750 to me.

It does sound like an oil or clutch cable issue. Since the 250R has a wet clutch, too light a viscosity may affect shifting adversely. There have been a few issues with the clutch parts in the 250R not being machined properly at the factory. If everything else suggested fails, I'd take it back to ...

Anything you put on the tank will collect debris under it. I have a 3/4 tank cover on my Ninja 250R and I have to remove it every few days and get the dust and dirt out before it scratches. Car salesmen will tell you what a mess a front cowling will do to a car's paint job and they don't recommend ...
