I found a review that said that the Reflex got lower MPG than the Rebel.

I don't see how a Reflex could ride like a Rebel when a Reflex is automatic.

I don't like the looks of scooters really either.

The only thing wrong with a scooter where I live is that most rodes I get on are 35+. What am I supposed to do with a scooter that only reaches 25? But I'd rather have a bike that is a little more uncomfortable (because I'm not going to ride it more than about 25 miles each way to school or the store or a job) that gets a little bit more MPGs. Although, comfort is a factor for me, that is why I went with the Rebel rather than a Ninja 250. ...

Which one has the best fuel economy? (will try to find on the guide)

Can you move the handlebars on bikes? That would seem to be he solution to a taller person riding a Rebel.

I'd say a 250 Ninja would be fine for you, but I haven't ridden a motorcycle yet, so, don't take my word for it.
