Hi i am moving down to New Brunswick in 3 weeks.I have a 99% finished Harley softail.The frame is aftermarket and the rest is all Harley.So how will it register with the ministry of transport NB.Do they register it with the serial on the motor trans or the frame that is aftermarket.And are custom bu...
