after a similar dilema, I went with the Original S.W.A.T. boots. They try to play it tough, but this is very light comfortable boot, water proof, some insulation, sturdy where it needs to be, slip resistant sole. It's true that in most European countries, line sharing is a habit (legal or not), but keep in mind that most euro bikes are not 1200+ cc Harleys, but rather something along CBR 125 line and scooters.

Introducing such legislature here would require more than just informing bikers they can do that ...

If that makes you feel better, then it's fine with me. :)

On more serious note, I'm not saying I'll never drop my bike ...

OMG, I just can't believe everything I'm reading in this thread. I also can't believe that we in eastern Europe started the whole revolutions based on a false premise that the USA was a free country :) :) :).

But seriously, if somebody in my (Canadian) company tried something like this, I'd be out ...

I just took it out. Couldn't wait. Everything seemed fine.
Man, I needed that.
Cruised down a road right below a high ice-covered sheer with a bunch of people ice-climbing on it, even though it's 60 degrees out. Cool.

May I tell you just how much I hate you right now? Riding season has pretty ...

Wow that's a pretty harsh punishment for something like this IMO. I've seen drunk drivers here in the States get off with alot less time than that. I'm not saying he was in the right but the jail time seems excessive to me especially for a first offense.

You think that was harsh? Wait until they ...

I have a belt driven MC and I'm not impressed at all. can hardly imagine MTB with the belt.

K

Why so? What's unimpressive about the belt drive?

they collect road debris - in particular small rocks. Then they get stuck and start eating into belt teeth and sprockets. That's especially the case ...
