Couple of questions..... Have you ridden a bicycle in your life? Have you seen and sat on the bike yet? Any urges for other uses of the bike? Do you have gear yet? Tall and larger as you are. Fit and feel are going to be important. Before you buy find a dealership, or several, sit on and try how one...

Went for a ride.... after checking out the bike... got back to the house. Its an acute right into a stone drive up the hill. I was in the left of center. I had used the brakes and blinkers for about 150 yds with 2 cars following. A car zoomed by on the right between me and the ditch. The second wait...

He is right. When you check at dealers, sit on what they have and evaluate how they fit...

Then talk to the mechanic staff. Many, if not most, machines can be adjusted somehow
for their height and reach. It may affect the way they react.

You need some skill to pay attention to fitting the parts. There are critical clearances that may need adjustment. Can you do it? Possibly... Read and check everything, watch some videos, ruminate on the concerns expressed. Then, and only then, decide to pick up a wrench or not. Clean everything fir...

Heat of operation makes the oil expand to over flow?

I just googled "vitacci 250cc vacuum lines" I found many links and videos too.
You may find your information there. I did not find a maintenance manual.
