Riding a bike in Manila during the summer can get very hot..

Been to Manila a few times and it was pretty good. Riding a bike can be dangerous because there's so mnay cars and jeepneys.

I think daytime is definitely safer. Also, wear light color clothing so you can be spotted easily.. Just my $0.02
