Sorry but its supply and demand, and all those other factors. Mostly economy of scale, for every car you have 4 tiers and for every motocycle you have hundreds of cars. Its cheaper to make a car tier.

Go for the SV. Learning on a 600 is easy enough and you will outgrow a 250 in a week or two.

From what I understand about motorcycle accidents you need to get coverage that protects your health and anyone riding on your bike. Usually its not that important to insure damages caused by your bike. Correct me if im wrong

So it sounds like in the long run its just cheaper and easyer to get new pipes. Well I guess Ill have to start saving up and find out what I want to get. Any suggestions on brands I should look at? I would like a deep rumbling sound.

I ride a yamaha v star, its my 3rd bike and I have about 3 years riding so I would say Im still a noob.

My longest ride was from Provo Utah to Portland Oregon. 15 hours!
