Ryethil - interesting thread. You can't tell a woman anything - don't you know that?? Seriously though - at 34 years of age, I took a MC course and bought a brand spankin' new Suzuki C50 (800cc) Boulevard right out the chute and my husband and different friends said I was buying "too sma...

Hey, I just got out the British bike restoration business or I probably had the best bike for you, a Tourist Trophy 500cc Triumph. I got of the business because I had gotten tired of all the problems of bad suppliers, worse collectors and cut throat business practices. However, I would say to do now...

I The next 200 things...... are pounds. Suzuki really blew a great concept here. Get this thing down to about 400lb and they would have something..... I do like those pipes compared to the 2 stock plastic cannons. This has been going own for as long as I've been around. My dad said it was the compl...

Only thing impressive to me honestly in that video is his slow speed rolling burnouts. Gett some momentum, not a lot or the bike may high side. Shift your weight to the insde peg, grab the front brake an twist the loud switch sharply. If you bring enough torque into the slide, (not HP) the rear whe...

Okay guys and gals this is how it all goes down. There is an outisde force to all this. My boss is a bike rider too and he's heavily in sportbikes. So I was being gently pushed into somethiing that I enjoy doing anyway. I still have the Buell and had a CBR1000RR street fighter last year. However, I'...

I go for looks, and then sound, my pipes are the most expensive you can buy, they come with removable baffles, which gives it a deep roar, I would not have been able to afford them, but the dealer said he would put them on for just a bit extra if I bought the B King, I think they look miles better ...

i think i'd die laughing if i actually saw someone wearing that on their bike. Oh, I don't know. Spmething like this came up last week about leather jackets made to look like muscle suits. And I was laughing about Superman and/or Batman musclesuits. But it looks like cyberpunkish enough that if it ...

Re: Attention safety geeks: Snell's 2010 standard is out
http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcycle-helmets/snell-2010-standard.htm Will M2010 be less opinion-polarizing than M2005? Tune in next week, same bat time, same bat channel. Yes, and I just got my new helmet... October, huh, may just get a 2md helmet since the new Snell standard seems so superior. A...

My apolgies for changing the subject earlier. I didn't mean to turn the thread. The point of my statements, was to clear up any confusion and bring a reliable source to the table. And also to state that in my opinion these steps are neccesary to the survival of the brand. Hey, you did right. I was ...

I think fit is important, but subjectve. If you like the bike and it feels good to you, it does not really matter if someone else thinks it is too big for you or not. If you can ride it safely, stop it safely feel the fit is right for them I say go for it. I have seen 10 to 12 year olds throw aroun...

Hi Tennif, The bike currently has a 2 into 1 pipe which I'm not crazy about (both the sound & look). I'll probably get slip-ons in about 4 to 6 months, but wanted to remove the baffles in the meantime. I'm not very mechanically inclined so I'll be using a local bike mechanic to do both for me. IMHO...
