Re: Beginner Stories and Emotionally compromised

On a second thought, I realize that I was sooo involved in being afraid that I was hardly able to focus on the task. At the end of the day, this is something I am doing because I WANT TO. So I should just concentrate on the task. I know that with each skill, the more you practice, the more it become...

Beginner Stories and Emotionally compromised

Hi Everyone, I am quite a newbie. I have seen a couple of beginner stories, but nothing like mine. I wonder if people like me ever get to ride, or do they get injured or do they quit or what? I'd love to see how people turned it around. I passed my MSF course and got my license in the US 5-6 years a...

Ladies - Looking for a community in Holland

Hi all, I just moved to Groningen, Holland and looking for a community of riders (male or female) here. I just ran into a guy who gives motorcycle riding lessons, and he gave me a half-an hour test-lesson, and said: your riding is decent, your theory is bad. Go read a theory book and come back. The ...

Hey All, Yeah, I am aware that learning to ride/the exam/insurance, etc are ridiculously expensive in europe. In fact, I am probably going to drop a couple of thousand down before I even buy the bike :( One strange thing about Holland is: although everybody speaks english, most written forms, websit...

Hey there! I am female and I am planning on moving to Holland (Groningen) and get a bike there. I had taken an MSF rider's course in the US about 3-4 years back. . So I am going to figure out how to live in this country and learn the language and also figure out how to get a rider's license, to take...

Yeah, I did look into it. I plan on taking a course and the test. There's one word for the whole experience: expensive.

Having said that, I cannot wait to get started.

Anybody who's an enduro user who would give me advise?

Ladies - Any Advise on Enduro? (In Holland)

I am female and I am planning on moving to Holland and get a bike there. I had taken an MSF rider's course in the US about 3-4 years back, while I was still a student. I knew I wouldn't have money to buy a bike for quite sometime, but I still did it. Not having ridden since then, I don't have any co...
