I am going to repeat what Txstomer67 says, go sit on as many different bikes that you can. Don't just sit on cruisers either, I was dead set on getting a cruiser ( i love the looks) but was surprised to find out that I feel most comfortable on a standard or sport bike.

I love the bike. The look of it sold me, I love the "old school" standard look.
Great bike to learn on, forgiving and very tame. It feels most at home around 60 mph, Im sure it will do 70+ but with me on it, it would take awhile to get there. (maybe I should drop a few pounds. :D I highly recommend ...
