Nice! I'm on my first bike too... mine's a 750 Shadow Spirit - that's what yours is, right?
I love it! I'm always looking for a reason to ride it
Cheers,
Noobie

Re: Ladies - how do you feel today?
@Blues2cruise, I think I saw that on the news - I live in Seattle. Ya, earthquakes are a very weird feeling - like you're dizzy or light headed. It's even worse if you're in your car - you think your front end alignment is going out or you've hit some oil on the road and are slipping - it's frighten...

Re: Bike is running out of gas with a full tank
@Wrider,
That makes total sense
Is it a lot of work to fix something like that? The bike is still under warranty - I hope it's covered.
Peace Out,

Re: Our greatest fear as bikers...
Hiya Vladut50,
My couple of pennies as well...
Greatest fear:
Being rear-ended and smashed between two cars.
Most difficult to learn:
Proper cornering.
Biggest problem:
Being caught unprepared in bad weather.
Peace Out,
Noobie

I'm supposed to pick her up this Sunday - and I had to put my bike in the shop today. I know she'll understand, but I...

Bike is running out of gas with a full tank
Hi all, Just about to bring my bike into the shop - I really don't want to live without it for a few days - but I may not have a choice... It's a 2009 Shadow Spirit. It holds 3 gallons and runs out of gas every 40 or 50 miles. I have to turn the reserve on. It'll stop doing it for a while and then s...
