cant get bike to idle and running rich does anyone know where air screws should be set at

well they were my problem they were set way differnt positions do u know how far they should be turned out from fully seated

well if ur talking about air screws they have a plug over them that i cant get to

heck i dont know there is three screws between carbs that my buddy told me to seat them and turn out to 2 and quarter turns and it worked except need finely adjusted

i replaced every thing else and observation showed that the middle screw for carbs 2 and 3 was turned alot further out then the other screws adjustment screws i just bought the bike and trying to finelly tune everything. idles great but at 70 mph has hesitation

no intake leaks carbs just out of sync. adjusted them two 2 and quarter turns out but still need to have them sync. i built sync mechanism just gotta figure out how two use it lol.

i changed my intake boots and gaskets. cleaned every jet and peice of my carb. my bike starts runs good until i go a mile or so come to a stop and its ideling 4000 rpm. shut it off start back up back two 1500 rpm 1 minute of ideling back two 4000. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????...

ive decide to take carbs into my local yamaha dealer and have them cleaned. but im still concernd that it will still idle up when warmed up im pretty sure the intakes are fine but maybe ill replace them just in case

sprayed around intakes with starting fluid when it warmed up and it didnt idle down or higher
